1. What levels of support do you offer?
All RubyEncoder customers receive completely free premium support and our team of support technicians are very happy to help you to understand and use RubyEncoder. We did not just develop this application - we also use Ruby on Rails in our everyday working life. We are also more than happy to listen to feature requests or unusual installation requirements.
2. Will you support my customers?
Unlike some other companies, we're more than happy to support any of your customers if there is a specific need that you feel is outside of your scope or knowledge. We do expect our customers to create adequate documentation and to have a good level of understanding in terms of installing the loaders, but we're very happy to support your customers if the need arises.
